For a traditional and local dish, an authentic and peaceful stay, you are welcome! The lodge is located at the bottom of the Moroccan High Atlas, precisely in the village Taghia, an hour and a half from the Zaouiat Ahansal walk which is far from the town of Azilal, about 90 km east of Marrakech, Thanks to its good position, this family gîte enjoys a panoramic view of the valley and the cliffs of Taghia, the welcome is traditional and warm. ● Welcome tea: on a terrace with a magnificent view of the Taghia mountains you will taste tea made from one of the local aromatic plants

● Dinner: – Soup + main course tagine (with bread) or couscous with local products, goat/brobie meat and organic vegetables from local agriculture + dessert and verbena – Soup + main course Berber omelette (with bread) with eggs from local chickens + dessert and verbena . ● Transport: To get to the lodge, Ahmed can take care (additional price) of organizing your transfer from where you are in Morocco to ‘to Zaouiat Ahansal then walking (~ an hour and a half) to reach Taghia

● Climbing materials: the possibility of renting climbing materials for foreign climbers, particularly for those who are opening new routes: rope, quickdraw, reverso, wrist, harness, strap, magnesia, helmet, grigri, jammer, etc. Possibility of teaching beginner climbers basic climbing techniques by organizing outings to small, easy routes.
